Not by intercourse.: During a radical prostatectomy, the prostate & seminal vesicles are removed, and disconnected from the vas deferens on both sides. There is no longer any ejaculate with orgasm. To father children, sperm must be recovered from the testis and ivf performed, or previously banked-sperm used.
