Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Yes, there are new medications that may help, and if you’ve never had pelvic floor physical therapy, I highly recommend you give it a try! Physical therapists with special training in the muscles of the pelvis can really help and maybe get you out of diapers. Ask your primary physician for a referral to a urologist. Good luck to you!
