It can: Depending on which orbital bone is broken, if there is pressure on surrounding tissues there may be discomfort. This is not common, however. Have your doctor evaluate your headaches and discuss treatment options.

Yes: As w any broken bone, can be associated w pain. Severe, persistent headaches though, especially worst headache of life could be traumatic brain hemorrhage. Then emergency.
