Not usually: Mech problems can cause headaches, but they pretty exclusively run from the neck up the back if the head. I wonder if you might have developed a progression of your sinus problems to the extent that your medications are no longer working. Sometimes sinuses have to be drained. I would not hesitate to be seen.
