Normal calcium is 2.5 mmol/L (10 mg/dl) so your calcium level is slightly low; however, to my experience that level is not low enough to have the symptoms of hypocalcemia. So your symptoms, tingling sensation and headache, likely have nothing to do with the current calcium level.

When you get your repeat calcium level checked I would include a serum albumin, vitamin D level and parathyroid hormone level to cover some causes of low serum calcium. Also do you get enough calcium in your diet? A common symptom of hypocalcemia is cramping of thumbs in addition to diffuse body tingling.
