Needs to be checked: I suggest you don't waste any time and get it checked by your GP or Dentist/Oral Surgeon You most probabely have infection in the cheek and may be originating from the teeth or gums.After evaluation you may need Antibiotics and follow up.You may need Xrays and/or Cat Scan as well to make a proper diagnosis if needed
