Too early: Best not to add any solids to your infant's bottle at any age. Delay introducing solids to your infant until he is at least 4-6 mos and and only via a spoon. Early introduction of solids can lead to obesity, increase likelihood of food allergy. Solids will also not make your baby sleep "better.".
