Hip: Hip pathology often causes symptoms referred to the groin, donut sounds like you may have an issue withdraw hip on that side. I would not hesitate to be seen for it.

Click: The noise could come from hip joint, but can also come from tendons or ligaments. Although you click do you have other symptoms? Pain swelling etc.
