Nasal saline spray: Many sinus infections are viral. Over-the-counter medications can make you more comfortable, like anti-inflammatory meds (aspirin, ibuprofen, etc) and decongestants (puedoephedrine). Steam and nasal irrigation can help. If your symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7-10 days, you may need antibiotics for a bacterial infection.
