Not sure: But it sounds like you need a formal evaluation by an ear nose throat doctor. For many patients with recurrent sinus infections it can be related to anatomic issues that don't allow the sinuses to drain/clear appropriately. You at least want to make sure this isn't the case, because many anatomic issue can be corrected.
