I'm on minocycline 2xa day for acne, i now have a sinus infection and need to take azithryomycin 2x a day can i take these meds together?

Yes, though: you don't necessarily need both - did the doctor prescribing azithro know you were on minocycline? Additionally, early sinusitis is almost always viral in nature so the second prescription could be deferred- talk to your prescriber before doing this.
