Umcka/ irrigation: This is not exactly a "home remedy" but the herb pellargonium sidoides (sold as umcka) is proven to work well (whereas research shows antibiotics seldom help). Vicks: One thing that I do when i get sinus pressure headaches is to rub Vicks on my forehead. Give it a try! it works for me.
