I have sick sinus syndrome and am on beta blockers for treatment (bilicor). iread that i shoukd avoid over the counter headache and cold medicine. i just want to know what pain medication is safe for me to use for headaches?

Sick sinus: Tylenol is safe, but since sick sinus syndrome can produce rapid tachycardia as well as bradycardia, you must avoid decongestant medications like Sudafed or neosynephrine which can stimulate the heart and induce tachycardia.
