I would refer: To your cardiologist. It would probably be fine but I do not know your overall cardiac hx.

Your MD knows best: I don't see anything alarming here, but your cardiologist knows far more about you than anyone on this website. The best way to be sure is to ask him or her.

Discuss with MD: I am not sure what kind of heart disease you have. Your heart rate is a bit fast. It is better to discuss this with your cardiologist. Probably go back on toprol (metoprolol).

Travel shouldn't be: A problem but your heart rate is elevated & should be further discussed with your physician.
