Chalazion: Sometimes a topical antibiotic from your eye doctor will help the chalazion shrink. If this does not help (along with the compresses), then the chalazion may be drained in a simple office procedure if it is bothering you. Small chalazia may simply be observed.

Oiphthalmologist: You have tried heat therapy which sometimes work but if it doesn't then your ophthalmologist should be seen and he can remove it in a minor office procedure.
