Genetics: Muscle mass is determined both by heredity and exercise. You may not be genetically blessed to have big muscles. However, execise has many other benfits and you should keep up with it.

Bicep growth: Your biceps will grow. You have to "overload" your biceps to get them to grow. Increase the weight you are curling so that you can ONLY do 6 repetitions as your maximum. Rest and raise weight and do 4-5 reps max. You have to Max Out to overload a muscle. The muscle has to be completely fatiguing on the last rep. Then your bicep will grow, if you feed it. Curl only 3 days a week.
