Beginner's gain: This is to be expected. When you start lifting, you'll have measurable gains in the first two weeks. The measuring techniques invite some variability but I hope you're pleased with your progress. Best is 3 sets of 10 reps of the most you can manage 3-4x/week. Keep it up, eat sensibly, avoid steroids and have fun.

Good 4 U. .: Don't over do it B sure 2 rest a day 2 allow muscles 2 recover. Also protein supplements on the day of hard workouts. Ur normal need is 50gms of protein, adjust up 4 heavy lifting.
