Bicipital pain: Ah, but where is the pain-which end or the middle?If you did not stress the muscle enough to tear it in the lower 1/3 or tear it loose from its insertion into the radius, I would suspect a bicipital tendon problem. If it is torn, see a surgeon. If tendon is torn you will have a Popeye muscle. If only irritated, the front of your shoulder will be sore and tender. Ice and a cortisone shot helps,
