Likely constipation: Hard or incomplete evacuation of stool may be the result of constipation. Consuming more water along with fruits, vegetables and fiber may help. An occasion use of a laxative may be necessary, but changing your diet is the better option with increasing water/liquid intake. Hemorrhoidal suppositories can often relieve acute symptoms.

FIBER: Loads of people take a vitamin, but very few make up for the fiber that god put in the foods we should be eating. There is a way to supplement your fiber needs. Shoot for 30 grams, yes 30. You can't eat enough cereal for that. Get a wide variety of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and even then if you're already having problems supplement with metamucil, or citrucel, etc. Drink to stay hydrat.
