I have haemorrhoids and a few weeks ago had to strain to pass stools. nearly passed out. now my right side feels warm in the middle to lower abdomen area, but its not painful. does this sound like an ovarian cyst or some bowel problem?

Constipation: Is definitely part of the problem, as hemorrhoids and having to strain are symptoms and complications of constipation. An exam with detailed history will be needed in order to better delineate actual origin of described symptoms. Best to tackle your symptoms will be your PCP, who can decide about further tests or referral to a specialist.
