I have had eczima on my fingers, now my hands are all wrinkled and they look a bit more swolen. can i do something about this?

You will need to see your doctor or dermatologist for prescription strength topical steroids and antihistamines which can help with the inflammation. Avoid over-washing in hot water and drying soaps. Use mild gentle cleansers such as aveeno, (oatmeal) cetaphil, cerave. Moisturize frequently with aquaphor or vaseline or hand cream.
