Can't!: Wrinkles on hands can be reduced (but not gotten rid of) by superficial chemical peels, fat grafting, and certain types of careful laser or other energy treatments. The best thing to do for dryness, scaliness, and fine wrinkles associated with eczema is moisturize with a good skin lotion. Hydrate those outer dry irritated skin layers! cortisone cream is good for acute but not chronic use.
