Hard to tell...: Hand and fingers eczema sometimes appears as itchy little blisters. In some people, the blisters are actually little firm bumps, but they do itch. Because rashes are very hard to describe in words, and even harder to visualize, a doctor (primary care or dermatology) can look at the blisters to help decide what they are.

Need more info: Are these painful or red? How long have they been there? Do you have eczema on your hands and fingers? A dermatologist can be helpful in evaluating these findings which i recommend.
