CHESTPAIN: Stress test sometimes is not conclusive of cad. They usually do a cardiac cath. For definetive dx.

sensitivity: Lack of sensitivity of stress test. It is about 85%. This means if you perform a stress test in 100 patients with coronary artery disease there is a probability of 15 patients to have a normal findings despite of coronary artery disease.
