It depend: On the fracture and the nature of the brake and if you have complications or not. Assuming the fracture is simple in nature, I do believe you have no problem walking after 6 month without a limp.

Yes it's likely: Provided the surgery went well and you have good alignment of the fractured bones, you should eventually be able to walk and run without a limp. But you will need to allow proper time to heal and do physical therapy to regain strength and flexibility first. Good luck and listen to your surgeon.

A little hard work: With surgical repair of a trimalleilar fracture you should be able to walk without a limp within 3-4 months. Full recover is reached faster with physical therapy. The faster you can regain full range of motion and rebuild strength the faster you'll get there. Good luck with your rehab.
