I have severe abdominal swelling since my supracervical robotic hysterectomy, i am 9 weeks post op and the swelling has not gone down too much. why?

Uncertain: You will need to see your surgeon for an exam. Could be a hernia, but doubtful due that a hernia in a small port site would cause generalized swelling or bloating. Also could be bowel dysmotility, but this would be unlikely 9 weeks out. If you have already sen your surgeon and are not satisfied, seek a second opinion.

Adhesions: With any surgery , some times adhesions develops which gives similar symptoms like yours most of the time will settle and symptoms disappears , don, t worry you will be ok speak to your surgeon.
