Pain: It could be many things that we wouldn't want to mislead you. I am concerned about your kidney, intestinal tract and musculoskeletal sysem. It is likely on of those.

Could be many things: But if you have had a partial hysterectomy, you might consider diverticular disease in the differential diagnosis as the sigmoid colon usually on the left often migrates toward the center or right side after uterus removal. Also consider right ovarian or renal issues. Please see your doctor and discuss the above possibilities.
