ER for exam: 47 year old lady status post hysterectomy now with a tender and firm abdomen. You need to go to the ER for an exam. It is the weekend and your physician's office is probably not open. You should contact your surgeon to communicate with them and any complications after surgery should be reported. It is not prudent to wait too long when you have concerning symptoms after surgery and you need an exam
