Very likely: It is not uncommon to have abdominal swelling for several weeks after having a hysterectomy. Call your doctor for severe or persistent symptoms. Also call if you have fever, chills, nausea, vomiting or worsening symptoms. When in doubt play it safe and see you surgeon.
