My 3 month old has had a cold and now his lower right side lung has wheezing and crackling sounds. he hasn't coughed today at all. go to er?

Other Sx ???: If the kid is drinking well & has playful moments you can probably avoid the stress of the er & see his regular doc in the morning.If the kid is refusing to drink, hasn't peed in >6 hrs & appears to be struggling to breathe go in now.
