Wheezing: There are different causes, large airway obstruction due to asthma, chronic bronchitis, tumor, tracheal stenosis, left side heart failure; clot in some cases. If at night it may be acid reflux. Please see your doctor for thorough exam and diagnostic tests. Thanks.
