Need an antidepressant that will help with constant nausea, lack of appetite & mild anxiety. heard celexa and lexapro (escitalopram) make you nauseated. ?

Possible: Although many antidepressants and any med for that matter has GI upset as a potential side effect, reducing anxiety with an antidepressant is more likely to reduce your nausea.

One idea : Although i know nothing about your situation, perhaps Remeron (mirtazepine) would be a good medication for you and your physician to consider. I would also note that Celexa and Lexapro (escitalopram) don't have to make you suffer from nausea, especially if you start with a very low dose and only gradually, over weeks, increase the mg.
