All, none: All of them can affect the symptoms you mention; individualized treatment to match the effect and side effects expected of the drug, with the patient. Sidr effects aren't always a bad thing; can use them to advantage, e.g. A constipating drug can be helpful in a patient with frequent, loose stool.

Everyone's different: If there was one perfect antidepressant for everybody, there would only need to be one on the market. The fact that there are many different ones means that everyone is different. It may take a while to find just the right medicine for you. Hang in there. It will be worth the wait.
