Not recommended: It can prolong the QT interval and lead to a potentially lethal arrhythmia (Torsades de Pointe ventricular tachycardia) - If there is no alternative, at least have your doctor monitor your EKG periodically. If your QTc exceeds 500 ms, you MUST stop one of the drugs.
