Panic attacks, even mild ones can imitate the symptoms of a heart attack including chest pain, pressure, rapid heart rate, pounding head, breathlessness and many other symptoms. Your best way of managing this is learning some coping tools to lower your anxiety levels. Try Deep Breathing exercises, Journaling, talking to a counselor/trusted friend, meditation/prayer, and biofeedback.
