This may be: Due to release of histamines when you are anxious. Work on decreasing anxiety - deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation, cognitive behavioral therapy, tai chi & acupuncture are options. Second, an antihistamine can help with symptoms. Third see your physician for eval.
