In the middle of the night i sometimes get a squirmy feeling in my chest that feels tachycardic but when i measure it's not. not anxious. ideas?

Brief runs?: arrhythmias often come and go. If it's happening nightly, a 24 or 48 hour Holter monitor should capture what your feeling. We often fel something that is gone when you count your pulse. These extra beats may or may not be a problem. Knowing what is going on by an ECG trace from a holter will give very important info.
