Weight loss: Have doc test for diabetes, hypothyroid, other conditions that can cause weight gain. To lose weight, control those conditions, control size of portions (reduce caloric intake), increase activity to burn off more calories. Sometimes 4-6 mini-meals work better than 3 larger ones. Lean proteins, good fats, low glycemic carbs, avoid fast foods & sugary drinks & desserts. Aim for 2 lb loss per week.
