Have hardness left in lower eyelid after large chalazion removed fairly sure it not still there as no gunk coming out any way of removing it please?

See eye doctor: It may still be there but walled off and no longer draining and may have to be opened again. Use warm compress four times a day for 10 minutes and make appointment to see your eye doc to see if it needs topical, oral, or surgical correction.

Not worth doing: After chia lazily are "removed"- most of the time it's impossible to completely remove the fibrous capsule (scar tissue surrounding the area of inflammation) without damaging the eyelid. If it really bothers you get an opinion from an ophthalmologist with could plastics training and is a member of asops: american society of opthalmic plastic surgeons.
