Eat healthy!: The "diet plan" in the 4th month of pregnancy is what it should be at all times: plenty of fresh fruits & vegetables, nuts, beans & whole grains. Choose quality sources of protein, ideally organic if possible- dairy, eggs, wild salmon, chicken, grass-fed beef (though meat is not necessary-only if desired). Avoid fried foods, excess sweets, fish high in mercury. I think it's wise to avoid gmo foods.
