Probably not: It is not likely if you are having protected sex but some types of protection definitely have higher failure rates. This can happen with travel, changed in your sleep wake cycles, diet or weight changes, changes in stress level, exercise changes, and not taking pills just right. However,bleeding this often can also cause other problems so see a doctor when you have a chance and get it checked out
