Consult w/ your doc: It is generally fine to do a moderate cardiovascular (not weight lifting) exercise of walking or cycling for 30 - 40 minutes. However, it is best to consult with your doctor on whether or not one can exercise as hshe knows you best and can look at all of your medical history to determine what is best.
