I have hypertension and take metoprolol and enalapril. is it safe to take loratadine for an allergy? any interaction between meds? any risk of high blood pressure?

There is only a risk of aggravating your hypertension if you take the antihistamine combined with a decongestant like Sudafed. The plain loratadine product should be no problem.
