Consult a plastic : Surgeon. Not sure what the horn on your head is. It can be bone or keratin (skin) they can advise you about the treatment.

See a Doctor: So you can be evaluated by a surgeon . An x-ray or MRI is needed to determine if the depth of the growth is close to vital structures like an artery and vein. If it is superficial and doesn't require an invasive procedure, you may not require hospital confinement.
