Last night i had super tightness in upper thighs along with pelvic pain and shooting paint from thigh to back and it lasted for 10-15 minutes definitely not braxton and would like to know is this real contractions and should i go to hospital?

If you are near term, you should have your OB and the hospital you are going to deliver at on your speed dial. Have a “Go bag” at the door so that when you go into labor you are ready. If you are having what you think are contractions call your OB. If no answer go to your hospital to be sure. If you can, take a labor/delivery class to help you prepare you for labor.
