Bipolar disorder: Bipolar disorder has the primary symptom of depression along with either manic or hyper manic episodes. Panic disorder is also a mood disorder. If you are experiencing both depression and anxiety, mood disorder nos is probably most fitting. Stress can make both depression and anxiety worse. Find a good therapist then have them refer you to a psychiatrist if therapy alone is not sufficient.
