Anxiety/Stress?: Very common to feel that way. My suggestions: see a psychiatric counselor, involve in community activities (like helping others) may be join some near by hospital as a volunteer. Studies have shown, when we help others in need, it makes us release certain chemicals in brain to ease out our own anxiety.

This does sound hard: Are you getting help? Do have breaks from childcare? Do you have a supportive partner? Are you receiving psychiatric care for your bipolar disorder? It can be difficult to manage all of this without help.
