I have had experiences in were i black out and get dizzy . is this normal. i think i have heat stroke this happens at least once every year .

Not normal: You are describing what is called syncope. It can be caused by many conditions including heart arrhythmias, dehydration, low blood pressure, seizures or low blood sugar. Please get checked by a physician if you are having these attacks. Heat stroke is a serious condition with elevated temperature , absent perspiration and decreased consciousness.
