Dehydration: I see you have a history of bulimia. If you aren't hydrated enough (or if you are a person with an overall low blood pressure), the heat of the bath can make your vein dilate and the blood sink to your legs, or causing a "vasovagal" reaction. Maybe drink more fluids before a bath, and try to take baths that aren't quite so hot.
