Thoughts: It sounds like you've had a pretty significant pulmonary workup, but i'd ask you doctor if this could be something gastrointestinal - like chronic reflux or eosinophil esophagitis. A consult with a gastroenterologist could be helpful. I'd also ask to get the input of an ENT doctor. Best of luck!
